Dry insulated current transformers are intended for indoor installation and designed for 0.7 kV -38 kV voltage level.
Primary and secondary windings are cast by synthetic resin which function is as insulation and transformers casing, or, those are fitted into bakelite casing that protects the windings against outside influence and damages, and at the same time has an insulation function. |
